Seeadler Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Document No. L26000472045), operates Seeadler’s Treasure Guide (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact form: name, email address, subject, and message content

  • Forum suggestion/feedback form: your suggestion text and any details you provide

  • Forum posts (once forum posting is live): any content you choose to post publicly

We do not currently require account registration to browse or read content on the Site.

Information collected automatically through the Treasure Finder tool:

When you search using the Treasure Finder tool, the zip code you enter is sent to one or more third-party geocoding services to convert it into a location:

  • U.S. Census Bureau Geocoding API (primary)

  • Zippopotam.us (backup)

  • OpenStreetMap Nominatim (backup)

These services receive only the zip code you enter — no name, email, or other personal identifier is sent along with it. We do not store your search history ourselves.

Map display:

The Treasure Finder tool’s map is rendered using Esri basemap tiles. Standard web request data (such as your IP address) may be visible to Esri as part of loading map tiles, consistent with how any embedded map service works.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact form

  • Review and consider suggestions submitted through the Forum feedback form

  • Operate and improve the Treasure Finder tool and other Site features

  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Form submissions on this Site are processed through FormSpark, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers submissions to our email inbox. We do not control FormSpark’s own data practices; see FormSpark’s privacy policy for details on how they handle submitted data in transit.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain contact form and suggestion submissions as needed to respond to inquiries and improve the Site. If you would like your submitted information deleted, contact us using the details below.

5. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your Choices

You may:

  • Decline to submit any form on the Site (browsing the Site does not require providing personal information)

  • Request that we delete information you’ve previously submitted, by contacting us directly

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
